Welcome to Lourde Matha Church!

Lourde Matha Church, Perinthalmanna holds the esteemed status of being the first church in Valluvanadu. History records of the migrants who migrated from central Travancore to Malabar in pursuit of agricultural land during the period between 1928 - 1945, Lourde Matha Church played a pivotal role in accelerating and fashioning the spiritual, educational, social and financial progress of the migant noteworthy. The enlightment of the Devine Word of the people was propagated through this church.

Every Monday is dedicated to the devotion of St. Jude, the patron of the impossible things. People from different walks of life, irrespective of caste or religion come and join here for the special Novena of St. Jude, Mary Rosary and the Adoration of Holy Eucharist. Pilgrims from Malappuram district and the neighboring districts flock here and receive miracles through the powerful intercession of St. Jude.

The Church offers a regular sacramental schedule of Novena to Our Lady, the Holy Mass of worship, one day retreat programme, night vigil and other divine prayers.
